Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the sdet-ai.tech website and, once you're invited, the SDET-AI beta program. By using the site or the beta you agree to them. SDET-AI is operated by Devesh Vyas ("we", "our").

The beta program

• SDET-AI is pre-release software provided as-is, free of charge, for evaluation and feedback. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be paused or revoked if capacity requires it.
• We may contact you for feedback during the beta — that's the deal that makes it free.

Your content and generated code

• You retain all rights to the user stories, acceptance criteria, and other material you submit.
• You own the test code SDET-AI generates for you. We claim no license over it beyond what is needed to deliver the service to you.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated code before using it. AI-generated tests can contain mistakes; the review step exists for a reason.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to test systems you are not authorized to test, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the use of the site or the beta is limited to the amount you paid us — which, during the beta, is zero.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced to beta participants by email, and the date above will be updated.
