Privacy Policy

SDET-AI ("we", "our") is operated by Devesh Vyas. This policy describes what information we collect through sdet-ai.tech and the SDET-AI beta, and how we use it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the waitlist and the beta, we don't sell data, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you provide, the date you signed up, and the page you signed up from. We use it to contact you about beta access and significant product updates — nothing else.
- Beta usage data. If you participate in the beta, we process the user stories and page structure (DOM) information you submit in order to generate tests. Generated test code is delivered to you and stored in your own repository.
- Basic technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and debugging, retained for a limited period.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email beyond beta invitations and major product updates.
- We do not claim ownership of your user stories or of any code SDET-AI generates for you.
Third-party services
The waitlist form is processed by a form-handling provider (e.g. Formspree), which receives the email address you submit. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log requests. Test generation during the beta uses third-party large-language-model APIs; submitted stories are sent to those providers solely to produce your output.
Data retention and deletion
Waitlist data is kept until the beta program ends or you ask to be removed. To have your data deleted, email deveshvyas@sdet-ai.tech and we will remove it within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update this page and note the new date above. Material changes affecting beta participants will be announced by email.
